We record with sadness that the Revd.Desmond Parsons died peacefully in his sleep at his home in Crondall on 20th January 2014, aged 88.

Churches Together in Farnham offer Thea, Benedict and Francesca our deepest condolences and prayers.

Desmond was co-founder of Churches Together in Farnham in 1962 with a vision to see Christians in Farnham worshipping and serving together in greater unity.  As well as his contibution to unifying the Churches in Farnham, he played an important role as Peacemaker in Northern Ireland.
