CTF Annual General Meeting 2018
CTF holds its A.G.M. each autumn. The 2018 A.G.M. was held on the evening of Thursday 18th October at St.Mark’s Church, Alma Lane, Upper Hale, Farnham GU9 0LT.
The meeting started at 7:30 p.m and ended by 9:00 p.m, giving those attending a chance to meet each other afterwards over a glass of wine.
The meeting agenda included:
- The election of officers for the coming year;
- A brief review of the main activities of CTF during the past year;
- An opportunity for each of the many Christian groups and organisations which support our local community throughout the year to report on their activities (their reports are reproduced in the meeting minutes)
- An opportunity for church leaders, particularly those new to the town, to share their thoughts.
The meeting concluded with a guest presentation by Revd.Dr.Jill Thornton, Chaplaincy Team Leader at the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice in Farnham.

In April 2009, the CTF Council drew up an Action Plan for the following 12-month period. A consultative questionnaire was sent to local congregations and networks and responses obtained. Responses were assembled into a single document, which can be downloaded from the following link.
The Action Plan was updated to reflect the responses and the updated plan can also be downloaded from the following link.
