When ‘Lady' Sandra Abbott (Imelda Staunton) discovers that her husband of forty years is having an affair with her best friend, she seeks refuge with her estranged, bohemian, older sister Bif (Celia Imrie). Sandra couldn't be more different to her outspoken, serial dating, free spirited sibling. But it turns out different is just what Sandra needs and she reluctantly lets Bif drag her along to her community dance class, where gradually she starts finding her feet... and romance. 
Doors open 6pm.

Saturday 8th September
Annual Leicestershire Ride and Stride for Churches 10:00am-6:00pm, Churches in Leicestershire
The day arrives and participants can ‘clock in' at their first church from 10am onwards. They will have their sponsor forms initialled with the name of the church/chapel and the time, whilst the participant signs a register at the church/chapel. A quick look around, perhaps, and then off to the next church or chapel. As time goes by, riders and striders become hotter and the churches' offer of a cooling drink will be appreciated. By 6pm the last keen participants will have signed the register.

Are you a person with dementia living at home? Here is an opportunity for you and your family members and friends to meet up, share experiences and learn in a socially supportive enviroment. This Cafe is run by the Alzheimer's Society.

Join us in our summer read of The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry by Rachel Joyce. There will be a chance to meet on 18th September at 7.00pm to discuss it. This meeting will also enable people to introduce one of their favourite books that others might like to read in future.
