The film is based on the true story of Neil Baldwin, who despite a degree of learning difficulty goes on to have a marvellous, fulfilling life including time as a circus clown, unofficial greeter at Keele University, and mascot of his beloved football team Stoke City. With free refreshments and the chance to socialise. |
