The Street Pastor Movement  is a national inter-denominational Church initiative (in association with Ascension Trust) approved by the Home Office, engaging with people on the streets to listen, care and help. ( www.streetpastors.org.uk

Heathfield & District Street Pastors are trained church volunteers who care for their community: in partnership with Police, Council and other agencies.

Heathfield Street Pastors meet in the afternoon on the second Friday to assist and befriend young people in Heathfield

 

The 'Pastors' are also supported every Friday evening by the Street Pastors Prayer Team – this is an open prayer time for all friends to join and prayerfully support the ‘pastors’ – meeting in Kings Church in the evenings and Welcome Church in the afternoons.
