Centre Manager
at The Cornerstone
Sulyard Street, Lancaster.
Have you got experience in community engagement and oversight of people and premises? The Lancaster Methodist Church seeks to appoint a part-time Centre Manager. The successful applicant will play a leading role at The Cornerstone, our vibrant community hub on Sulyard Street. They will be required to organise the day to day running of the centre, oversee volunteers and staff, liaise with the Cornerstone Chaplain and centre users, and to help develop this community hub.
We are an equal opportunities employer but the role requires a sympathy with the aims and ethos of the Methodist Church. Please note - the post is subject to obtaining a satisfactory enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) disclosure.
Salary: £31,000 pro rata
Part-time – 17.5 hours per week (some flexible working is necessary)
-with the potential of this becoming a full time post pending funding
