Description: Come and step aside briefly from the busyness of life. We welcome people from any church background - and from none - for a short time of stillness, in an informal setting. We will be using simple repetitive chants from the ecumenical Christian communities of Taize and Iona and other Celtic traditions, along with short meditative readings, prayers & some silence.
Please drop in to enjoy the stillness, to listen or to join in the short songs. This is a regular quarterly event in the town so please feel free to come whenever you can.

The next Faith and Fellowship Group will be taking place on Tuesday 6 th February at 7.30 pm, finishing at 9pm, at Christ Church, Bradford on Avon. This is an opportunity to gather together in the spirit of
fellowship, to share our faith journey more deeply, to offer mutual support and inspire one another with our own personal experiences, big and small.

The theme for this meeting is "The twelve step programme, step 1". Elaine will begin with a short share on the topic from a very personal perspective and this will be followed by an opportunity to share in a safe and respectful space.

Summary: Party in the Park for All
Description:

We expect you will know that Warminster has resettled 3 Syrian families over the last year. Most of this has been done on a volunteer basis from Christian,Muslim and non faith backgrounds, with Council support.

This party is to celebrate these families' arrival and initial settlement here. It is a chance for them to meet all those who have been involved and collectively have some fun. It is also a time for those interested in what has happened to find out more.

Come along and be part of this event. There is no charge for entry to the event itself. There will be food and Syrian food tasters. Also there will be various stalls from Henna and Candle Art to Cakes, Horse and Carriage rides and the whole Park to play in.

There will be Clergy from various Churches and Trowbridge Mosque in attendance together with the Police Community Unit.
The only cost is whatever you wish to buy. Otherwise all we are asking is for a donation. At the end of the event the donations colle
