Circuit Worker


 South Bedfordshire Methodist Circuit is looking for applicants to fill a vacant circuit worker role primarily within the Luton area of the circuit.
The employment will be for a fixed term from March 2nd 2020 to August 31st 2021.
However employment will be divided into two distinct periods: -
• From March 2020 to September 2020 the worker will be shadowing one current minister in order to gain an understanding of several current and ongoing projects where the minister takes a lead, or is involved in some way. The applicant will be required to work for 14 hours per week during this period.
• From September 2020 to August 31st 2021, whilst still under the pastoral supervision of a minister, the worker's hours will be increased to 20 hours per week to recognise that the applicant will take more of a leading role in these projects and will be encouraged to develop new initiatives in consultation with their management team.

The Salary will be calculated on the pro rata basis to a 40 hour full time equivalent of no less than £23,442p.a. Also reasonable expenses will be reimbursed, including an IT allowance of £480p.a.
