Welcome to Churches Together in Berwick-upon-Tweed

What we represent

Residents and visitors alike enjoy a choice of places to worship in different styles but fundamental to them all is a belief in and commitment to Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord according to the scriptures. We therefore seek, through Churches Together, to fulfil together our common calling to the glory of the one God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

About Berwick-upon-Tweed

Berwick-upon-Tweed is made up of five distinct but linked villages - East Ord, Scremerston, Spittal and Tweedmouth, all south of the river and Berwick town on the north bank. This area has a long a turbulent history, which can be investigated on many other websites. Christianity arrived in Northumberland in the early 7th Century and has remained at the core of many people's lives ever since.

We look forward to welcoming you to one of our churches some time soon so that you can Worship God with us!
