 Operations Manager (Full Time)

 The role:

 The Operations Manager will help drive the church's growth and development, releasing the Leadership Team, staff and volunteers for ministry work. This is a key leadership appointment, reporting to the Senior Pastor. The purpose of the role is to help turn our vision into action and bring glory to Jesus by

 ·   Developing and delivering a leadership approved plan for achieving our vision

  • Best managing resources to deliver this plan
  • Engaging with and developing the gifts of the church fellowship in support
  • Ensuring that all activities effectively represent our vision
  • Ensuring safe, compliant, efficient, effective church operations
  • Actively contributing to leadership team decision making and planning

 Accountable for:

  • Ensuring compliance
  • Developing and maintaining administrative and ICT systems
  • Managing HR systems and processes
  • Managing Facilities and events
  • Ensuring value for money in commercial arrangements
  • Oversight of internal and external communications
  • Supervision of Projects as appropriate
  • Managing the Operations function: Administrator, Caretaker and contract cleaners
  • Managing the Operations budget

 We are seeking a godly, gifted, enthusiastic Christian leader, with relevant experience, who is committed to the gospel, willing to develop an overview of the church's life, mission, and ministry, and to actively participate in staff and church members meetings for prayer, worship and Bible study.

There is a genuine occupational requirement for the postholder to be a committed Christian.
