A Day out in Wicksteed Park for the Families and Children took place onTuesday 15th August - thanks for all those who supported it. It went really, really well. The weather was absolutely brill, sunny and warm. The families enjoyed themselves, they ran around, made their own pizza for lunch, laughed a lot, had cake and refreshment for afternoon tea, we gave them all £10 to buy a gift to take. Our aim accomplished they smiled, laughed and breathed for a day. Great atmosphere on the journey back and they wrote some great feedback.
